Founded in 1996 by Pam Fritzler, president and owner, CNS provides temporary, temp to hire, direct hire and payroll services to clients in Colorado and across the nation.
“From the beginning, it’s been our goal to provide each of our clients with exceptional and professional staffing support,” explained Ms. Fritzler.
In 2001, CNS obtained SBA 8(a) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certifications, and CNS has maintained Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) certifications. These have helped CNS with its customer base, which includes government, commercial and private sectors, and clients such as Denver Public Schools and Denver Water. CNS’s 2010 graduation from SBA’s 8(a) program positioned the company to “pay it forward” by mentoring other small businesses. CNS has built relationships with various 8(a), small SBE and MBE companies, too.
CNS also received the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification in 2013. This certification provides its clients with assurance in CNS’s processes and quality control.
