Our Team

As our President, Sandy Miller is passionate about hiring through strategically building project-based teams to support government and commercial businesses. With over 20 years in the federal sector and 25 years servicing private and commercial clients, Sandy delivers customized personnel recruitment support, contract management, security clearance processing, and back-office support to our clients. She is passionate about connecting clients and candidates that solve the hiring burden. With a deep desire for learning and efficiency, she has created a culture of emotional intelligence and continuous improvement of the individual, systems, and CNS. Sandy has been with CNS since its inception in 1996 and is celebrating her 25-year anniversary with CNS. Earned a BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. She loves Colorado and everything her home state has to offer, hiking, camping, and four wheeling. Sandy and her husband Justin of 18 years go adventuring throughout the beautiful state they call home.

Marithe Munoz was born and raised in Colorado and grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley. Marithe joined the CNS team in 2017 after graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. As the Facilities and Brand Director she manages CNS’s systems - Paycom, SpringAhead, and Abacus. She also processes payroll and travel reimbursements. And after spearheading CNS’s rebranding and website launch Marithe received a Digital Marketing Certification from the University of Denver and has begun working in Marketing and social media/content strategy.

Mandi Ebersole is from a small town in Northern California, she moved to Colorado in 2008 and got her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting. Mandi started with CNS right in the middle of 2020 as the Accounting Relations Manager. At CNS her days are filled with AP/AR, taxes, internal auditing, and problem solving. When she is out of the office Mandi’s hobbies include archery, camping and hanging out with her family.

Maia Rodriquez is a Colorado native and grew up in Thornton with her parents and older brother and younger sister. Maia joined our team at CNS the summer of 2021 when she graduated from high school. Since then, she has been working on and off with us while attending the University of Northern Colorado. Maia is an Administrative Assistant, and her role consists of managing phones, travel expenses, and different reports/projects needed for CNS.

Alayna Mondragon was born and raised in Southern Colorado and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from CSU – Fort Collins in 2020. Alayna moved to the Denver Metro Area and began working with Colorado Network Staffing in 2022 where she works as the Account Manager. Her main tasks as the Account Manager involve recruiting, interviewing, hiring staff, and maintaining client and candidate relationships. Outside of work Alayna enjoys crocheting, reading and roller skating.

Jackie grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and moved (from San Diego) to Colorado in 2021. Jackie graduated from the Catholic University of America (CUA) in D.C. in 2011 with a degree in Education Studies and a minor in Psychology. After graduation, she taught ESL in Italy and upon her return to the US, she dove right into HR and Recruiting. She has worked in many different industries including (but not limited to) Construction, IT, Medical Device, and Hospitality. Jackie joined CNS in 2024 as the Human Resources Manager and leads all recruitment efforts, strategies and works closely with client hiring managers providing assistance on project needs. Outside the office, you can find Jackie teaching Pilates, hiking, camping or cooking one of her mom's Italian recipes!
